Firelight Stories: An Evening of Somatic Storytelling for Women

Join Us for Firelight Stories: An Evening of Somatic Storytelling for Women

Are you ready to explore the masks you wear and the stories behind them? Join us for an intimate evening of somatic storytelling around the fire pit in Hendersonville.

The Evening

7:00 PM: Arrive and settle
Grab a warm cup of tea and find your seat by the fire.

7:10 PM: Welcome and settling in
We’ll take a few minutes to arrive in our bodies, so we share and listen from an embodied place.

7:30 PM: Talking stick stories
Each woman who wishes to share has 3–5 uninterrupted minutes to tell a story on the theme of masks. Sharing is always optional.

8:45 PM: Closing
We’ll close the circle together.

8:55 PM: Charcuterie and mingling
Enjoy charcuterie, connection, and conversation. BYOB is welcome.

Why You Can’t Miss This

Guided by Leslie Brooks, somatic coach, this evening gives you a safe, grounded space to tell your story and be fully heard.

  • Be heard. Share your story uninterrupted, or simply listen. Both are welcome.

  • Feel grounded. We begin by settling into our bodies, so you speak and listen from a calm, embodied place.

  • Leave lighter. Many women find that telling their story out loud loosens what they’ve been carrying.

  • Build community. Stay after the circle for charcuterie and conversation with women who now know your story.

Registration Info
