The

Rewilding

You know what you want to say.

You feel it in your body.
You rehearse it in your head.

And then… you don’t say it.

You soften it.
You explain it away.
You make yourself smaller so everything stays okay.

And slowly—

you lose yourself in the process.

This isn’t a confidence problem.

👉 This is self-abandonment.

And no amount of thinking, journaling, or “working on yourself” will fix it…

If you can’t stay with yourself
in the moment it actually matters.

Come Back to Yourself —and End Self Abandonment and People Pleasing

That’s what The Rewilding is for.

The Rewilding is a 6-month relational container where you learn how to come back to yourself—and stop abandoning who you are in real time.

Inside The Rewilding, you will:

  • Learn how to recognize the exact moment you start abandoning yourself (before it’s too late)

  • Understand your people-pleasing triggers and the stories driving them
(“It’s my job to keep the peace” ends here)

  • Get the actual words to say what you feel—without over-explaining or shrinking

  • Practice speaking your truth in real time, inside a room that can hold it

  • Build the capacity to stay with yourself—even when it feels uncomfortable

  • Stop replaying conversations later… because you finally said what was true in the moment

  • Experience what it feels like to be seen, not because you performed—but because you were real

  • Develop self-trust at a level where belonging is no longer something you chase

Frequently Asked

Questions

  • This group is for women who feel anxious in relationships, tend to people-please, overthink interactions, or struggle to speak directly and set boundaries. Many participants identify with anxious attachment patterns or being the scapegoat in their family system. If you want to feel more grounded, honest, and self-led in relationships — this space was designed for you.

  • This is a 6-month hybrid group coaching experience for 4–6 women.

    • One week in person

    • The following week live on Zoom

    • Alternating weekly for the duration of the program

This rhythm allows for deep connection, real-time practice, and integration into daily life.

  • Group coaching offers something individual work simply can’t replicate.

Women heal when they say out loud the thoughts and stories they believe make them unlovable — and are met with understanding instead of rejection. The group becomes a living nervous system where you learn, practice, and rewire relational patterns in real time.

It’s also a more cost-effective way to receive high-touch coaching without sacrificing depth or support.

  • This is a high-touch container.

In addition to our weekly sessions, you’ll have daily access to me and the group via Voxer for:

    • processing real-life moments as they happen

    • support with boundaries and communication

    • nervous system regulation and integration

You’re not left alone between sessions.

  • This is deep inner work, not surface-level mindset coaching.

    You’ll be guided through:

    • somatic practices to regulate the nervous system

    • embodied boundary work

    • communication and relational repair

    • unpacking shame, attachment patterns, and people-pleasing

    • practicing direct, succinct communication in real time

We work with the body, not just the story.

  • No. You don’t need to be “good at feelings” or have prior experience with somatic work. All practices are guided, accessible, and paced with safety and consent at the center.

  • No. This is a coaching and educational group, not therapy. While the work is trauma-informed and deep, it focuses on skill-building, embodiment, and relational practice rather than clinical treatment.

  • That’s expected — and often part of why this work is so powerful.

You are never forced to share. Safety, consent, and choice are core values of the group. Most women find that being witnessed by others with similar patterns is what creates the deepest healing.

  • While everyone’s experience is unique, many women leave this work:

    • speaking more clearly and directly

    • setting boundaries without guilt or collapse

    • feeling less anxious in relationships

    • trusting themselves more than others’ reactions

    • no longer spiraling after conversations

  • If you’re craving:

    • real change, not quick fixes

    • honest communication without people-pleasing

    • a small, intimate group container

    • support while practicing in real life

…this may be a strong fit.

  • The investment for this 6-month group coaching experience is $444 per month for 6 months.

This is structured as two monthly payments of $222, spaced out to support accessibility while maintaining commitment to the container.

    This includes:
    6 months of group coaching

    • Weekly sessions (alternating in-person and Zoom)

    • Daily Voxer access for support and integration

    • Somatic practices and embodied communication tools

    • A carefully facilitated, trauma-informed group container
